What is B2B eCommerce integration?

B2B eCommerce integration connects a business's online store to other systems such as an ERP, warehouse management system, or a customer's procurement platform. Integration automates data flow between these systems, eliminating manual entry, reducing errors, and speeding up order processing. Common B2B integrations include PunchOut catalogues, ERP connectors, SSO, and product data sync.

What is PunchOut integration and why do suppliers need it?

PunchOut integration connects a supplier's eCommerce store to an enterprise buyer's procurement system such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Jaggaer. Enterprise buyers increasingly require PunchOut before they will onboard a new supplier. Without it, suppliers are invisible to large corporate buyers who can only purchase through approved procurement channels.

How does ERP integration help promotional product companies?

ERP integration automates what happens after an order is placed — connecting the eCommerce store to the ERP system so orders are processed, invoices created, and shipment information updated without any manual re-keying. For promotional product companies using Promoserve, Zigaflow, or Microsoft Dynamics NAV, this eliminates admin time and reduces fulfilment errors significantly.

What is single sign-on and why does it matter for B2B eCommerce?

Single sign-on lets your clients access your B2B portal using their existing company credentials from Microsoft, Okta, or Google Workspace without a separate login. SSO removes access friction, improves security, signals enterprise-readiness to buyers, and scales to onboard large numbers of users without extra admin overhead.

How does automated product data sync work?

Automated product data sync connects your internal ERP or supplier feed directly to your eCommerce store. Whenever product data changes — new SKUs, price updates, stock levels, or variations — your website updates automatically within minutes, eliminating manual catalogue uploads and ensuring buyers always see accurate information.

How do I know if my business needs B2B integration?
